Two meetings only, at the first appointment we discuss what you want to achieve, look at your food allergies, food intolerances, likes, dislikes, current eating habits, budget, etc. We go through the questionnaire, which will then give me a clear picture of how to put together your individualised meal plan. After the appointment, I will then compile a 2-week meal plan for you, with recipes, shopping lists, tips and advice. Meal plans will include nutritional breakdown too. We meet up again a week later and I give you your meal plan.
