Transition to Vegan is a great program to help you do it in your own pace, no judgement, but full of tips, ideas, recipes and alternatives to your current eating habits. We will look at what you are currently eating, make nutritional improvements, take into account any food allergies or intolerances and come up with a vegan eating program that fits your needs and lifestyle. I do focus on nutrient density though, so even recipes such as vegan burgers or pizzas, will still be as nutritious as possible.
Whether it's for yourself, or for a loved one that has decided to go vegan, we can look at all aspects, from lifestyle, social situations, nutritional density, to delicious recipes. This is not a set meal plan, but rather selectively chosen recipes and tips to fit in with your lifestyle.
4 Appointments: The first appointment ( 1 hour) is a full consultation, to give me a clear picture of your eating habits and what you are looking for. After the session, I then sit down and put together your individualised vegan recipes. At your second appointment (1 hour) I give you the recipes and we discuss how to incorporate new habits into your life, discuss cravings and social challenges. We look at the nutritional aspect of the vegan diet, tailored to your needs. After that, fortnightly, we meet up for 2 follow-up sessions of 30 minutes each, to see how you are doing. I assist you with any questions and challenges you have and can add more recipes.
